The hotel is very close (one railway station away) to the airport. It is very convenient if you have to catch an early flight. The service was excellent. I asked by email for an invoice and got it without any problems. The only problem was a cigarette smell in the room especially in the bathroom which disturbed me as a non smoker.

We stayed 2 nights and we were pleasantly surprised at the room , from some of the reviews. All very clean and modern, there is some building works ongoing, but we had very peaceful evenings and nights The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff were friendly both on reception and in the breakfast room Very good location for catching train into city centre and staff helpful with that too.

After three nights we are very disappointed. The breakfast is bad, poor, and the staff is very slow in replenishing the food that is eaten. In the miniature shower cabin, there was no element where I could store the shower gel, and it was difficult to bend down because this is the smallest shower cabin I have ever seen. The water pressure is extremely weak, but only in the shower cabin, so it is very difficult to take a normal shower. The light in the bathroom is a disaster, there is none. Only small lights near the mirror. If you have to shave, it's impossible because you can't see anything. The rooms are quite tidy, but you have no place to put your clothes, no wardrobes, just a few hangers on the wall. The location is disastrous if you don't have a car. On the last day we had an early flight, and we asked for an earlier breakfast, but of course we didn't get it. The person at the reception was saying something about how we would get it, but we immediately saw that he was deceiving us. WE FOUND THE RECEPTIONIST WITH A LIST OF ROOM UNLOCK CODES ENTERING THE ROOMS OF PEOPLE WHO WERE CURRENTLY OUT OF THE HOTEL. WE TALKED TO HIM AT THE MOMENT WHEN HE WAS IN A ROOM WHERE WE SAW SOMEONE ELSE'S THINGS. WE SAW IN PERSON THAT HE HAS A LIST OF THE CODES OF ALL THE GUESTS. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND MAYBE EVEN ON THE EDGE OF THE LAW. IN THE EVENING AROUND 10:00 PM, THE RECEPTIONIST ENTERED THE ROOMS AND LOOKED AT THINGS WHILE PEOPLE WERE OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. Worst experience ever. Too expensive for such bad service. I don't recommend it to anyone if they don't have to.

The matress was very poor quality, way too soft and deep. (old) We both had severe backpain after 2 days. The pillows were also small and soft. The room was clean, staff was very polite. Free parking is nice.
