The lady at the reception is an angel sent down from God. She helped me in the times of need and I will never forget this. I was not even her paying customer. this is the level of kindness this hotel is providing to people! 101% recommend this hotel!

Very friendly reception, clean rooms, and an absolutely incredible swimming pond.

We booked this hotel by chance for a family celebration in Rathenow and were absolutely positively surprised. We have rarely found such friendly, attentive and helpful staff as in this hotel! Hospitality is very important. The furnishings are extremely tasteful and harmonious, you just feel comfortable! Even if you're not at all esoteric like we are, it's pure relaxation! The breakfast is worth every cent and the rest of the culinary offerings leave nothing to be desired! The entire hotel complex is lovingly maintained. We'll be back!

I just felt comfortable here... very nice and helpful staff, a cozy atmosphere in the lobby, in the breakfast room and in my room. The hotel, its grounds and the rooms are tastefully designed and very well maintained. The room service, the food and drinks, everything was reasonably priced and of very good quality. I have already visited other hotels in the surrounding area. This was by far the best.

Very nice, clean rooms made of pine wood, pleasant sleeping and relaxing atmosphere. Surprising, versatile sauna facility. Great breakfast and very nice, courteous staff. Gladly again!
