Clean hotel, friendly staff and close to shopping center.

We stayed there because it is fairly close to the mount E hospital and center of the city, however the road to the hotel are quite hilly, probably that's the only draw backs if you want to walk to the hotel.

The friendliness of Farizah's staff, my room was upgraded to a room without a bathtub, and I was celebrating my wedding anniversary. Farizah's staff gave me a surprise in the room, next time I will stay here again

I like this hotel but the problem is that the location is very far from MRT😔. But for those who want peace and comfort, this hotel is highly recommended and very close to Mount Elisabeth hospital. The room is very spacious

Walking distance to paragon taka and Somerset and MRT and Mount e located in local Neighborhood so its very quiet and its close to airport too 20 Minutes when its not jammed the most reasonable price in Singapore

The lobby is nice, it's just a shame the bathroom is small, there's only a bathtub.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, just a short walking distance to several nearby malls. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even gifted me a Starbucks card and a complimentary shampoo, cream, and soap kit on my last day, which was a lovely touch. The room was impeccably hygienic, and the facilities were all well-equipped. I will definitely be returning if I visit Singapore again. Highly recommend!

Because it is far from the bus station or subway, it is not suitable for those who travel on their own. The price is also quite high for 1 night but it is worth experiencing once. Will not return to this hotel as it is too far from the public transport station.
