Because this Agent has no customer service, initially I was quite interested but unfortunately the staff service was not good. Via phone calls back and forth there was no friendly tone at all. Making the mood bad because of the bad staff service plus the electricity token could have been ringing until it died for a long time without being filled even until I myself as a guest was told to fill in the token myself where the numbers were so many and I was confused as a result I came in at 8 pm and checked out at 9 am. Please prioritize staff service, at least when there are guests standby 1 staff so that it is not difficult when guests need something, thx.

The room is very very uncomfortable! Safety issue. How could the balcony door be broken and can't be locked?!?! The chair could come off between the seat and the legs? Luckily I haven't had a chance to sit down yet! The owner said he wasn't informed about this problem. The guard said the maintenance was busy. Huh?! Are you serious?!?! That's the remaining room, but the owner didn't give a win-win solution, he wanted to accept money but only maintain the asset like this! Ugh! I had to check out and decide to find another more decent accommodation! For a property agent called Family Group Property, don't stay here. The owner only wants money, can't maintain the asset! The safety of the residents is ignored! Seriously!

Ni menurut saya. Nyaman sih suasana lingkungan apartement nya, tp ac tidak dingin dan air ac netes trus. Tidak da kulkas. Isi apartemen seadanya. Kalau untuk istrhat short time, boleh lah. Kalo jangka panjang gak rekomendasi.

Cuma sampai jam10 malam langsung cek out, udah mau tidur kasurnya kotor jadi seprei bikin gatel” dibadan, kamar mandi banyak binatang kecil&semut belum lagi kaca sampai butek karena debu.

Mantep bersih, terus cs nya gercep di bantu detail.

Nyaman, sangat bersih, dan check in sangat mudah.

Mungkin karena cekin malem banget yah. Dapet kamar yang kurang mengenakan, 😅. Kaya bekas orang tidur, soalnya selimutnya bau cowo dan bantal kepalanya bau iler 😭. Karena kita kecapean aja, jadi yaudah lah terima aja. Dan ada sabun batang bekas, gak tau ini kamar buat istirahat staffnya apa gimna gak paham, intinya kaya bekas di inapin, dan baru tau ternyata apart sayana tidak ada kompor nya untuk masak, td juga sendoknya cuma 1, tempat sampahpun tak ada, dan gak tau sih ini ya, emang gak dapet sikat gigi odol sekali pakai dan air minum apa gimna yah? Huhu baru pertama mau nyoba apart sayana, apakah senyaman kaya di apart lain, ternyata mendapatkan pengalaman yang kurang mengenakan. Semoga fasilitas nya di perhatikan kembali yah. Untuk pelayanannya ramah semua.

Seprei sama sarung bantal/guling semenjak sayana kelar kayaknya gak di ganti-ganti, dekil, entah berapa juta orang itu yang makek, sangking joroknya yang punya atau tukang bersihnya yang jorok, AC gak dingin untuk punya laki pinter, kalau gak udah jadi udang rebus kemaren. Coba Bu diperbaiki lagi. Maaf komentnya pedes biar sadar soalnya. 🙏, owh iya handuk sediainnya yang tebel Bu jangan harga 25k 🤭, mana 1nya belum di cuci 🫣. Semoga komentar saya bisa jadi untuk perbaikan ya Bu. 🙏
