This hotel is very good for location, food, facilities, room, and others. Will come back here when visiting Bangkok.

The hotel is just 100m away from Siam Paragon and there is buggy ride available to send and pick guests to and from Siam Paragon. Hotel room is super comfortable and their staff were very attentive and friendly to cater to all our needs. My husband loved the room service as it was quick and delicious. Everyday we come back to clean and tidy room with a little gift such as sweets and snacks from the hotel on the bed for to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days stay here and highly suggest others to experience it too!

Good experience stay with Grand Chatrium Hotel. Food was nice, staff very friendly. Looking forward to another stay with Grand Chatrium.

The most nice hotel during my holiday in Bangkok, 5 stars hotel with excellent services. Even though they can only check me in at 5 PM while I'm supposed to be checked in at 2 PM due to the high season. The room is spacious, clean, room facility is superb, they even provide all free minibar! The food are delicious with various options. I left my jacket behind while checked out, hopefully they can send it back. Overall, it was an excellent experience to stay here. Definitely will go back.

I booked for 5 nights. The 1st night I got a room with a broken air conditioner. A technician came but it was still broken. I could not sleep well. The next morning, I asked to change rooms and all was good in the new room. The breakfast food is average, but all the staff are very kind. Still lovely staying here.

Love this hotel. Service was amazing. The room itself is very nice. They also provide free shuttle to siam paragon which is very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice stay, all the staff are so kind, friendy and very helpful. We take the family room. The room is big and clean. The food also delicious and and has many variations. Highly recommended for large families, honeymoon or staying with friends. Near to Big C, Siam Paragon, Siam Centre and some shopping places. Even they will take you with a buggy for free if you are going to siam paragon.
