STAY AWAY! This company is a SCAM and just want to take your money.
I arrived just before midnight after flying all day and was told that the door would be unlocked and keys would be on the counter for the unit I had paid for. That should have been y first cue. How is that a good setup? The door was locked. It was the middle of the night, I was a single woman, and I did not know Hamilton at all.
I called the number on the reservation. The guy who answered felt super sketchy. I was never even given his name. He said to call him back in five minutes because he had to talk to his "local representative", whatever the heck that means.
They had no way to get me into the room I had booked so offered me another room that they 'remotely unlocked', and then told me that they would have to move all of my stuff for me from that room into the one I had booked as I would be in class the next day and could not make the move myself.
The whole thing felt very unsafe, particularly the bit about them being able to remotely unlock the door (there was no additional manual lock inside) and the need for me to trust them to relocate all of my belongings for me.
All of this is in addition to their requirements for photos of my ID and of my credit card just felt very much like a scam operation.
I did not end up staying here primarily because I felt extremely unsafe. They refused to refund even a portion of the money I had paid for the unit I did not use.
DONT TRUST THEM!
