It's pretty good. I really like staying here. Close to Java Mall, just five steps away. Near the market, lots of local snacks in the morning.

The view is okay, but the cleanliness of the room really needs to be improved, the sink is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the water smells, the cupboard is dirty, the dressing table is dirty, the cost of 600 thousand is not worth it, the wifi is slow, I can't really sleep, the water smells really bad and spreads to the room, has this room been unused for a long time and is it for sale? If the room is not used, at least it should be cleaned, the customer still pays, it is very different from what was advertised

The hotel staff is unprofessional and not friendly at all, the room is not clean, the bathroom faucet is not working properly, there is only one towel, the bedsheets look old, the car park is limited, the balcony is dirty...over all NOT RECOMMENDED

Strategic location, next to the mall. However, the receptionist gave up when I asked about upgrading my room and was told I didn't know. I'll ask later, blah blah, and there are no amenities. The staff on duty was shocked.

Worth for money but you can do better than this guys.

Menginap di kamar tipe studio lantai 12, kamar bagus, bed juga nyaman bareng suami dan anak-anak. Sayang waktu mau berenang kolam renangnya kotor banget, sangat menjijikan, enggak tahu itu bagaimana pengelola, banyak pengunjung hotel Ultima juga kecewa padahal lagi libur Natal banyak yang liburan dari luar kota juga. Makanan cafe di kolam renangnya dengan harga sekelas hotel juga pengelolaannya tidak bagus.

Fasilitas serba tidak ada keset aja tidak ada apalagi sabun dan handuk padahal tarif mahal di 24 Desember 2023 untuk harga Rp. 780,000 tidak dapat sarapan pagi, ditambah bangunan tidak terawat sprei banyak bercak noda.

The sink was clogged, lots of insects, when I entered the room it smelled of cigarettes like it hadn't been cleaned at all. The AC also doesn't work. I've complained, it wasn't answered, instead it was ignored 👎🏻.

Not bad, the room was clean, but there weren't any towels, mats, the sink hadn't been cleaned when I arrived, the toilet for the toilet was broken. Overall good, just noisy until 1am. Yes, it's called a free entry and exit apartment.

Kamar bersih, luas, semua fasilitas work properly, tidak ada bau rokok atau furniture kotor. Sepertinya juga properti lagi berbenah dan menata ulang lagi kamar-kamarnya supaya bersih dan layak huni. Overall oke banget fasilitasnya.

How come there is only 1 cleaning service, the room is dirty too and there are lots of tomcat insects which are very annoying. The booking pic was also not responsive and I had to wait a long time to be able to check in to the room.

Dirty furniture, dirty floors like they weren't swept and mopped, dusty upholstery.

The hotel room is not clean, there are no glasses available (even though there is a water heater).
