great for a group staycation

I went to pangandaran with family and to be honest de residence matched our expectation. It is a small yet cozy residential cluster, but it has newrly all fundamental facilities from a villa except a rice cooker (rent fee is too much 100K/day, better you use the money to buy cooked rice). Will definitely come back again as it has 3 bedrooms which is still rare in Pangandaran.

for the facilities and cleanliness of the villa is very ok. just a suggestion the swimming pool should be cleaned again, for the location in my opinion it is quite far from the beach about 10 minutes

With my family, I stayed at Villa Eli for 2 days. Modern facilities, minus a little, there is no magic jar (so we brought it from home). For the toilet concept, there is only 1 downstairs (and another suggestion, the toilet is given a clothes hanger for guest convenience). Overall, the family is happy to stay here. My suggestion is to take the Ivy villa (because the view is the swimming pool). For the villa staff, they are very helpful. We got a 30 minute late check out policy (not bad). Access to Pangandaran beach is very close.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in.

Great place, nice and clean.

The villa is good, because it is still new. If there was breakfast it would be better, there is breakfast but you have to order extra and there is no buffet. The location to the beach is a bit further from the villa location, it takes quite some time to get there.

It was really fun staying here, unfortunately the place is a bit far from tourist attractions, the rest is good

less big mirror for women, only 1 bathroom

The security guard is very good, the receptionist is also very friendly, the food is delicious 😍 you can order it at the cafe!!

Semua nya oke bagus mulai dari pelayanan dan tempat nyaman, bersih. 👍 Note, hanya ac perlu di perhatikan saja supaya semua tempat dingin.

Untuk villa bagus, agak jauh dari pantai, tapi keluarga nyaman

Check out jam 11, lebih beberapa menit aja harus bayar 100.000, check in harus jam 2 pas padahal keadaan lagi kosong, di tambah securitynya ga ada bantu bawa barang padahal saya & anak bawa-bawa tas gede jalan dari gerbang ke cafe 🤣.

Nyaman, luas namun jam check out terlalu cepat pukul 11.00.

Begitu sampai tidak ada karyawan di meja reception dan harus menunggu. Beberapa waktu. Kapasitas kamar 5 orang (karena berenam harus tambah extra bed Rp 200.000/orang) saat ditanya extra bed bisa masuk di kamar yang single bed dan ternyata tidak bisa karena luas kamar tidak memadai. Saat masuk mendapati ada tusuk gigi bekas orang di atas sound system. Saat keluar dari kamar harus mematikan semua penggunaan listrik seperti lampu, televisi dan AC kalo tidak dikenakan biaya tambahan lagi (padahal setahu saya setiap hotel tidak pernah membatasi penggunaan listrik seperti AC dan lain-lain. Kamar mandi hanya 1 terasa sangat kurang mengingat jumlah orang ada 6 orang. Terasa kurang saat beres main dari pantai mau mandi karena harus check out apalagi airnya mengalir kecil. Saat malam bersantai di balkon kaget karena di depan balikon view nya kuburan. Bersantai di teras saat hujan jadi terhambat karena tidak ada canopy. APAR yang ada juga sudah expired. Fasilitas cukup lengkap ada kompor, dispenser, perlengkapan makan seperti piring, mangkok, gelas, sendok & garpu. Sabun mandi cair hotel kurang di monitor karena saat digunakan beberapa orang saja sudah habis.

Checked in intentionally 2 hours late. When I was told to wait another hour, he said it was being cleaned.

There is a lot of charge if you bring a family group, it is calculated per person, whereas the application does not mention the charge per person, so if you bring your family and children it is not recommended to go there, the swimming pool is also not for children but for young people and adults, and There's no safety at all, lots of animals flying around, the car park is narrow, and it's far from the beach, I'm tired of going there. Very very very disappointing.
