Though traffic from main road was crazy day in day out, room was quiet and sound proof

The room is very spacious, complete facilities, there is an iron, a large cupboard, a small refrigerator, unfortunately the hot water is not hot at all, I don't know whether the water heater is not on or not, so after swimming in the pool I get cold and have to take a cold shower again, but other than that everything is satisfying, the view of the swimming pool is the best, it is recommended to enter the pool at 6 because the twin tower lights only turn on at 7, the view from the room is also the best, this is a hotel room concept, there is no mini kitchen set, there is a deposit of RM 300 (cash available / if cc or debit it takes 2 weeks to process the return), tax RM 10 / room / night, if you need a testimonial, please visit ig azzuramarjuliana.

The room is big, the swimming pool is great. If I come back to Kuala Lumpur, I will always stay to The Face Style hotel.

There was a long queue at check in. There was no bell boy to help when he arrived at the lobby door. The water heater in the room is very dirty.

The receptionist is very annoying. Time consuming and annoying.

I stayed here 1 night due to airline change departure day. At first, I so nerves after reading some previous reviews. But after stayed here, it was so fantastic and stunning. The infinity pool is a nice one but so crowded at night. The breakfast have less choice and anyway you still can try nasi lemak here. Will be back here whenever I have chance to visit Kuala Lumpur in the future

Hotel nya sepertinya bangunan nya baru, kamar luas lengkap ada dapur, kulkas, microwave. Lobby rame pada saat musim liburan, agak crowded.

Receptionist needs to be more professional. Hotel room is great 👍🏻. Breakfast not nice coffee machine worst. Honestly we just like the room only.

Room was clean and spacious. However, there was a strong odor from the toilet that was there the entire stay. The amenities were amazing especially the pool that looks out to the twin towers.

Satu kata: keren! Semuanya. Hanya saja saat tahun baru hotel full. Lift menunggu lama sekali. Karena banyak tamu. Selebihnya keren! Bikin pengen nambah waktu 😅. To aplikasi - thaks promo nya. Banyak banyakin yah.

We love this place more than what we can say

The breakfast cooking omelette is horrible, my mum have low white blood cell cannot eat raw omelette yet it is raw inside. Telling a 4-5 stars hotel what you would like and her reply is "What"?! Calling it a 4-5 stars hotel collect 200 myr deposit but giving cocky attitude which is very disgusting obviously and chit chat in front of guest thinking this is imidating where I felt more funny instead. Lastly when check out asked the front desk guy place luggage storage he reply "What?!" also then ask me go to conceirge like non of his business. What the hell. Why collect a deposit for 1 night stay for a must rule yet the staff is not well trained in guesture wise. Calculative like hell torture to guest when they are not well trained but ask we all proceed to a staff that cause us delays when most riddiculous shit is when check out should be quick and simple yet I walk to female front desk staff for check out she ask me go to a new staff who do not know how to check out on computer system and cause me delay and etc. Plus this is the guy who reply me " What" rudely when he don't even know how to use computer like no contribution still ask me go concierge cannot even go extra miles. All pieces of shit and give guest shit attitude.

The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. The swimming pool has a nice view, the minus point is that there are only 4 elevators when I went, 1 elevator was broken. The remaining 3 stairs are not enough when checking out, many people have to wait for the elevator for 30 minutes.

I really recommend this apartment.

Hotel yang highly recommended untuk menginap di Kuala Lumpur, dengan lokasi yang strategis dekat dengan Menara Petronas dan pusat perbelanjaan serta dengan stasiun monorel dan LRT, lobby hotel yang megah, kamar yang luas disertai dengan kitchen set dan kamar mandi yang elegan, serta yang menjadi top rekomendasinya adalah infinity rooftop pool dengan pemandangan menara petronas dan menara KL yang terlihat jelas, kekurangannya hanya mungkin perlu disediakan day bed atau kursi yang lebih banyak di pool nya karena sering ga kebagian terutama di jam-jam rame. Definitely definitely will stay in that hotel again in the future! Thumbs up.
