The room felt very stuffy, it felt like inhaling mold particles when entering the room. The pillows and blankets smelled so musty that I slept without using them. Date of Stay 28 Dec 2024 The room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all, starting from the musty smelling sheets, and lots of stains and hair on the mattress, the smelly room, the dirty bathroom, there were also old clothes hanging behind the bathroom door that I didn't have time to photograph.

In February, I stayed here, everything was still clean, the hot water was working, the playground was also okay. Basically, everything was okay. When I tried to stay again in November, the sheets looked less clean, the bathroom was also not clean. The soap in the bathroom was out, the hot water was not working, the tissues were also out and the games in the playground also seemed unkempt.

Actually, this hotel has the potential to become one of the best budget hotels in Batu if you pay attention to just one thing, namely cleanliness. The first time I entered the room I immediately found that the bed sheets had lots of stains on them, when I entered the bathroom the toilet was very dirty, after taking off my shoes the floor of the room felt sticky and the pool water was cloudy, not suitable for swimming. If the cleanliness is improved, I'm sure this hotel could become the best budget hotel. You don't need to think about the issue of facilities because we, the guests, can understand that for that price, it's already enough to sleep soundly.

Actually, this hotel is really recommended, there are only a few things that need to be improved, for example: 1. There's only 1 TV channel, try it. If you really don't have a TV network, just try using the Internet/cable TV mode. Now there are lots of cheap ones, please try it. Pay attention again to the comfort of this hotel so that visitors themselves don't get bored staying here. 2. Resto or you could say a place to eat and drink and relax on the top floor (the top floor itself) try to reactivate it to make a small coffee shop model because when I went up it was a shame it was really quiet at the top even though the view at the top was good really (good view) try filling it up by selling drinks or food such as snacks / coffee.
