TV had a Chromecast but its volume didn't go high enough to actually use it.

Next to Heidelberg HbF and it is easy to access there. The facility is new and clean !

Beautiful hotel! We were very surprised at how nice it is! The room was huge and even had a walk in closet. They provided lovely full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion etc. I don’t usually like hotel products but these were delightful. They even had robes and slippers. The location is steps away from the train station which was very convenient for traveling by public transportation 100%. There wasn’t a balcony but there were doors that opened like a balcony with a safety wall. It let in lots of fresh air, you just couldn’t walk out. It was also very clean and fresh, beds are comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

They allowed me to check in early, but housekeeping kept breaking into the room every hour or two to finish whatever they were doing. Overall very clean and comfortable.

Everythig was okay except for the billing experience. They billed me before arrival for authorization, then billed me again at arrival for authorization, and then finally when checking out, billed me once more. This created a lot of confusion and worry for me that I would actually be charged twice or three times for the stay. Even though I paid for breakfast for all of the days I was there, they didn't have my name on the list and I had to go through the explanation each morning. The billing for breakfast is also weird, which might create problems later with reimbursement from my business. Finally, at checkout I was asked whether I had eaten a specific item from the minifridge, which I had not.

Tolles Hotel, super freundliches Personal. Tolle Bar, tolle Zimmer

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Atlantik Hotel! Circa 30 Minuten fußläufig in die Stadt, ansonsten ist der Hautbahnhof in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wellness Bereich ist sehr ruhig und klein und sauber. Es gibt ein Dampfbad und eine 90 Grad Sauna und einen Ruheraum, außerdem kostenlosen Tee im Wellness Bereich. Das Frühstück hat eine sehr große und tolle Auswahl!

Schönes neues Hotel, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Sehr sauber. Direkt am Bahnhof - natürlich praktisch für An- und Abreise, leider aber sehr laut wenn Zimmer zum Bahnhof hin. Insgesamt aber sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Neues Hotel (2022). Was heutzutage auffällt: sehr gut geschultes, aufmerksames, freundliches Personal an allen Stellen (Rezeption, Restaurant, Frühstücksservice, etc.). Frühstück mit 28 EUR doch etwas teuer.

Neues Hotel. Sehr gut gemacht.

Ett otroligt bra och prisvärt hotell i Heidelberg. Mer eller mindre alldeles nytt hotell med trevlig personal. Frukosten var den bästa vi ätit på väldigt länge!!

Es ist ein Neubau. Gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs, man ist schnell beim ÖV, Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auch kulinarisch wird man verwöhnt. Ein ausgesprochenes und reichhaltiges Frühstück
