The location is close to KLCC, Pavilion Mall, KL Tower, and Merdeka Tower. To the left of the lobby door, there's an ATM for Bank Indonesia, right next to a mini market (sort of like Alfamart). It's not ideal if you're bringing kids, as there are plenty of pubs nearby. Personally, I and my family didn't mind. There were still plenty of food stalls open at 12 noon. I definitely didn't regret it.

Lila Suite is highly recommended for family trips, comfortable, clean, strategic location, and quiet.

The room is clean and spacious for the price. It's located near KLCC and Pavilion, and there are many halal restaurants around the apartment. Room amenities like toothpaste, tea/coffee, and additional drinking water are not provided if you stay more than one day, but overall, it will be a great option to stay here, thank you.

This hotel is separate from Ramada, in the same building but with a different receptionist. If you want to check in, you have to wait for the apartment agent who comes from who knows where. Check in must be at 3 even though the room is ready. You can't leave your belongings. The agent is arrogant and unfriendly. The room is nice but has many drawbacks. When I stayed for 3 days, I was told to find a place to throw the trash by the agent, and the agent was slow to respond. Basically, bad service from the agent. I don't want to stay in this apartment again.

The staff is very helpful even though they rarely smile, but I know they are very kind and friendly, maybe their character is not smiling, they are very helpful and agile in whatever we need.

The person incharge was very nice and helpful. we went to the wrong building (Ramada Hotel) lila suites was in front of it. though it was raining, he came to greet us there and even borrowed 2 umbrellas from the bell boy for us. thank you very much for his kindness. deposit was rm200, and u got it back after hand over the key and access card. overall the stay was pleasant. only the two bedrooms door was plastered with masker tape. and the pipe in the kitchen also leaking. The guest bathroom, the hot water was not functioning. Near to Jalan Alor

The room is comfortable and spacious. There is a cooking area with complete cooking equipment, a microwave, a medium-sized refrigerator, an iron and an ironing board are all complete. It's just that a little input for the lighting lamps is a little lacking for some areas, and the room key is still manual and needs to be fixed, because it's a bit difficult to unlock the room door. Some bathroom lights need to be replaced (dead). But overall it's comfortable to stay. inn shaa Allah will come back again, hopefully with better conditions. Thank you

Spacious room, close to Alor and Pavillion. The downside is the bed is old otherwise it's ok.

The room is clean, spacious and quite close to Jalan Alor. If I go to Malay again, I will probably stay here again.
