The person incharge was very nice and helpful. we went to the wrong building (Ramada Hotel) lila suites was in front of it. though it was raining, he came to greet us there and even borrowed 2 umbrellas from the bell boy for us. thank you very much for his kindness. deposit was rm200, and u got it back after hand over the key and access card. overall the stay was pleasant. only the two bedrooms door was plastered with masker tape. and the pipe in the kitchen also leaking. The guest bathroom, the hot water was not functioning. Near to Jalan Alor

The room is comfortable and spacious. There is a cooking area with complete cooking equipment, a microwave, a medium-sized refrigerator, an iron and an ironing board are all complete. It's just that a little input for the lighting lamps is a little lacking for some areas, and the room key is still manual and needs to be fixed, because it's a bit difficult to unlock the room door. Some bathroom lights need to be replaced (dead). But overall it's comfortable to stay. inn shaa Allah will come back again, hopefully with better conditions. Thank you

Spacious room, close to Alor and Pavillion. The downside is the bed is old otherwise it's ok.

The room is clean, spacious and quite close to Jalan Alor. If I go to Malay again, I will probably stay here again.

Alhamdulillah, even though we waited a bit long, it was already 03. In the morning, the person holding the key came and had to pay a deposit of 200 RM, but they only had 100, but they accepted it. Very cooperative. I was a bit worried because there was a family waiting to check in, but the person holding the key (different apartment name) was hard to contact. They even asked for a deposit, they were a bit worried about being scammed because it was via OL.

This is not a hotel but a kind of private room that is shared with the Ramada hotel, spacious room with complete facilities close to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion, MRT, LRT Deposit 200 RM Highly recommended to stay here, only minus toothbrush and toothpaste, iron is available The room is clean and if I come back I want to stay here again

Have stayed several times in Ramadhan from One Ceylonz to Lila Suites. The owner is Indian but very friendly and kind. Recommended for a group because the rooms are spacious.

They don't hve receptionist. So you hve to contact them from contact by your apps. Everythings were good and nice.

The room is nice with complete facilities. You have to bring your own toothbrush. The view outside is nice. There is a cigarette box trash in the corner of the window and the switch is easy to come off, needs repair.

Because it is attached to a hotel, it is a bit difficult to contact the owner of the apartment. But it is still safe. The room has a washer and dryer.
