The unit staff was contacted by phone, but the response was very quick. The check-in and check-out processes were fast. The hotel's location is close to Alor and Pavilion. It is only a 12-minute walk, but not recommended for elderly people because there is an uphill road.

The actual room was very different from the advertised photos, not what we expected. There was only one bath towel, no mat, and only half a box of toilet paper... even though we stayed for two nights.

Send a message first, someone will come, withdraw a deposit of 200 MYR (cash or transfer only), and explain everything. Facilities: TV, microwave, hairdryer (didn't try), washing machine (didn't try), vacuum cleaner (didn't try), fridge (very cold), mop, trash bags, 2 spare toilet tissues. Approximately 800m walking distance to Alor Street, very good location. Minimarkets are nearby. Street food is also available for breakfast. No daily cleaning or room make-up, DIY. Staff was not that friendly, just asking for a check-out appointment, but his answer... definitely didn't read the message well (screenshot attached). It's 7 AM KL time, and you're working in the hospitality business, come on.

For prospective visitors who have plans to explore the culinary in Alor or Bukit Bintang, this accommodation is very suitable to be an option, to reach Mon Chinese Beef Roti and Hainan Chee Meng rice from this location is only about 500 meters, many food options around this accommodation that can be explored on foot.

The stay at lila suites one bukit Ceylon was a great experience. The room was large, clean, and all the facilities were in good working order. If we had an issue, the team would come straight away and fix the issue. The staff that attended to our needs were very friendly and always smiling. The view from the hotel was tremendous, seeing the Merdeka tower throughout the day and evening when the lights were turned on at the tower. I will definitely come back to stay here.

The apartment is strategically located, clean, spacious, fully equipped, and affordable.
