Friendly sweet informative sign in.

Fantastic stay probably the best and quietest we had in 2 weeks. Will stay again for sure. Great location and very nice staff.

It is a student dom which has very basic stuff, cannot compare with hotel, but is clean.

I stayed here with my wife when we came to my son’s convocation at the university. The rooms are student dormitory rooms. They Are fine. My wife was disappointed that they weren’t en suite. But it is what it is I knew what they were when I booked them so. Very convenient for convocation.

Uncomfortable mattress. Poor lighting and airflow. Limited linens. Limited breakfast items. Older building.Door to room difficult to open.

It was a nice, clean and affordable stay in St. John's. Conveniently located.

Once I found a phone number for check-in, the desk clerk was able to guide me to the front office. The rest was fairly easy-check in and getting to the room. Room and shared bathroom are clean and comfortable.
