The room was and the bed was comfortable but the AC unit was full of mold and dust visible trough the grid. We usually run the fan to cover the noise from other customers in the hall but we couldn't. Other then that the hotel is well situated, the price is perfect and the staff was very friendly.

Very helpdul and accomadating. Able to get main floor room. Was.able to get a needed foem printed at front desk. Great breakfast of waffles and fresh fruit.

We reservsd at Le Principal because the rates were reasonable, they are a pet friendly hotel, they offer a continental breakfast and were close to where we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The outdoor pool was closed for the season during our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance.

What was missing is a closet to hang clothes. The worst thing was the bathtub was very slippery with no security bar to grab when slippery. While trying to get out of the tub, my husband fell on the bathroom floor since he was not able to grab any bar to stop his fall. He hurt his back, and he is in a lot of pain since Friday's fall. This property was a bit rough around the edges. It was aging. It was clean. AC was cold. It is a 5 minute drive to Granby Zoo and there are many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The pool area is large. Some downfalls were no gym and no hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage) at the free breakfast.

This is a great option if you are staying in granby. The rooms are large, and the breakfast was good. The bathroom was clean too. I would stay here again.

Le rapport prox qualité nest pas au rdv. Les lits sont de mauvais états, le climatiseur et le ventilateur font un bruit in supportable et trop fort, impossible de dormir avec, et si 9n l'éteint, impossible aussi de dormir à caise de la chaleur. Oreiller de mauvaise qualité ... BREF, à ne pas recommander surtout pour les familles...
