Need of updating, property is tired People were very nice

En bon québécois on dit « ça faisait la job ». Prix abordable pour une nuitée, sans flaflas. Personnel sympathique. Propre.

This was a budget hotel that was excellent value. It was very clean and convenient. The towels were plush and abundant. The only reason it was not rated 5 stars were the pillows. They were extremely flat.

Great small hotel.

Great no frills hotel with easy parking and continental breakfast. Close to heart of Granby with many great restaurants and shopping . Great location to depart and visit the small towns of the eastern townships.

The room was and the bed was comfortable but the AC unit was full of mold and dust visible trough the grid. We usually run the fan to cover the noise from other customers in the hall but we couldn't. Other then that the hotel is well situated, the price is perfect and the staff was very friendly.

Too much noise couldn’t sleep

Very helpdul and accomadating. Able to get main floor room. Was.able to get a needed foem printed at front desk. Great breakfast of waffles and fresh fruit.

We reservsd at Le Principal because the rates were reasonable, they are a pet friendly hotel, they offer a continental breakfast and were close to where we wanted to go. Beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The outdoor pool was closed for the season during our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance.

The air conditionning does’nt work in the room. 27 degree in the room is too hot
