Comfortable room, third time coming. Only the worst is the reception staff, very unprofessional. The cleaner aunt is also good at greeting the morning. Please management send the receptionist to go on a course. That's it, comfortable room and reasonable price.

Stayed with my wife and two kids. So far, this type of room has an amazing condition like new, very comfortable, access to the beach. In the room, there is a fridge and safety box too. For me, the price is cheap due to coming with breakfast. Can compete with a 3-5 star hotel.

Feeling bad when we were making a complaint about the room we received, it was in a bad condition which as the air conditioner was leaking and caused our clothes to get wet. The staff entertained us with a sour face & said to us in not improper way while we were making a complaint. Please check your staff who were working at 9 pm on 9/7/25 at the reception counter. Please send her to Public Reaction Training for a better quality at the reception counter.

Awesome place to stay. Room is big and clean. Walking distance to the beach and go for shopping. The breakfast also delicious and got variety of western and local food.

1. Unfriendly front desk staff especially one female staff, no smile no welcoming and treat cstmr a bit rude. She should learn how to be a good CS. 2. The room unclean and dust everywhere.. I'm allergic towards dust it's make me felt uncomfortable during 3days of stay. 3. room smells terrible & ants everywhere 4. yellow running water

Parking slots were limited, but the hotel got another spot on the side of the road. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't inform me during check-in.

Unfriendly front office staff. Unable to provide towel upon check in 🤦🏻‍♀️. Air conditioner leaking. Yellow running water. Think twice before book. Never again.

Clean hotel, good service, hotel close to everywhere.

Positive. Book a premier room, big, spacious, comfortable. Large bathroom, fast water. The room looks at the sea even from the edge. Negative. Hair dryer is not provided in the hotel room, if you want it, you have to ask for a time limit of 2 hours. I don't know what's wrong with the many water activities, it should be provided in the room, the price of the room is not cheap considering what a budget hotel it is. Regarding parking, there is also one thing, the car has to be blocked so that you can't even get out, it's troublesome. The room is sandy, I don't know if there is a vacuum/broom on the roof.

Strategic location. Add more fans at the reception area. While queueing for check-in, all of us were sweaty and the slowness of the system (according to the staff) did not help. But I don't mind staying here again or recommending it to my friends.
