I am very dissatisfied with the parking management at Malibest Resort. The hotel requires guests to use a special access card to enter the parking area, yet at that time there were still many empty parking spaces available, but I was still denied entry because the staff informed me that all parking cards had run out.
This kind of system makes absolutely no sense when the parking area clearly still has plenty of empty spaces. If guests leave the hotel temporarily, the parking cards should be returned and reused by other hotel guests. Unfortunately, hotel guests themselves are unable to use the parking facilities even though many parking lots are still available.
The situation was handled very unprofessionally by the staff and gave the impression that customer convenience is not a priority for the hotel. The hotel management should improve the parking system, either by implementing a proper “first come, first served” approach or by managing the parking cards more efficiently.
As a paying guest staying at the hotel, this situation was extremely disappointing and inconvenient.
