The room and toilet are quite clean. The staff are friendly. The location is quite close to the bus stop so you can go anywhere easily if you don't bring your own vehicle.

Affordable accommodation near Royal, downtown, near shops and food stalls. The room is also clean with a spacious bed for 100, but the sheets still have stains that haven't been washed, the bathroom is clean, there are towels and 2 mineral waters. Staying with 1 family fits the bed with two kindergarten children. Worth it with a budget of 100, can try again to stay there, it's cheap and comfortable. When I got a voucher, I only paid 60k, which was really wow, it was quite good for a family of four, the bed was enough.

It's nice and comfortable, and clean too. The downside is that the TV can't be turned on 😭 but the other facilities are normal and good

Just so-so. There's a price for appearance. Seems like a family business. The female receptionist is friendly. Especially after knowing that my wife and I showed our marriage certificate. The male was a bit unfriendly. Served half-heartedly.

The hotel is very nice, the water is strong, the facilities are adequate, it is close to Royal Plaza, just by walking you can reach the front of the laundry and it is close to food vendors.

Got it on the 3rd floor, it's quite tiring to go up there. The AC is cold, the room is small. Got 2 bottles of mineral water. Sharia, staying with my husband and children. Close if you want to go to Royal Plaza, just walk.

For a budget hotel, it's not bad. Cold AC, soft mattress. Towels are provided, but it's best to bring your own from home. Early check in costs 30k. Strategic location, near the shopping center (Royal Plaza, can walk), near the Unesa Ketintang campus, lots of culinary and laundry around the hotel. Stayed here for 3 days because I wanted to find a boarding house for my child who wanted to study at UNESA.

Check in jam 11 malam, nyampe kamar bingung nyari colokan listrik yang tersembunyi ternyata di belakang bantal. Pagi jam 7 nitip kunci karena masih mau keluar sebentar bukan mau checkout. Pas balik jam 10 minta kunci ke resepsionis si Mbak bingung nyari kuncinya, katanya dibawa temannya ke kamar. Ternyata kamar sudah terbuka, mau dibersihkan, air mineral sudah hilang. Untung saya tidak meninggalkan barang berharga di kamar. Kok keburu banget ngusir tamu. Batas checkout kan jam 12. Cukup sekali aja. Buat yang belum nginap mending cari tempat lain aja.
