The stove couldn't be used.
The room attendant arrived late.
The electric kettle wasn't working.
The room was clean and comfortable.

- Dirty floor, so much so that I had to wear sandals inside, my feet were dirty

- Bathroom cleaning supplies scattered everywhere

This is my first time in a room this dirty.
