The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is also quite close to MRT access.

Very helpful staffs overall. The room is a little bit small but it's enough. We got room with window. So it doesn't felt cramped at all. Hot water is running good. The hotel located near Lavender MRT station and some bus station, there's a hawker nearby with a very good selection of foods available.

The localtion is strategically ideal. By walking to lavender near fair price and lot of food court wtih $ really affordable. For solo travellers or travel without children is quite comforr but the room doesn't have any Windows only several rooms (maybe) have window. But aircon is good andSthe staff is friendly.

The location is not far from Lavender MRT, there is an elevator. Around the hotel there are lots of places to eat, there are McD, Burger King, Subway, Old Chang Kee, Toastbox. There are 711 minimarkets and Fairprice supermarkets. The distance from the hotel to the bus stop is not far.

Additional check-out time is available until 1:00 PM. The sink water is drinkable but there is no bidet in the toilet.

Room was too small and squeezy, but aircon was very cold. Shower room was very squeezy too, but water flow was strong. It good that the surroundings had public transportations, convinient stores and food shops very near. If not, it ' s not a good stay.

It is an old building hotel (ex Fragrance Hotel Imperial) that is rebranded into an ibis budget hotel. Everything was great for the price value, especially it is very close to Lavender MRT, which is the sole reason to choose this hotel. Also they provide a fridge. But they didn't provide bottled water, since they claim that singapore tap water is drinkable.
