Saya pesan voucher melalui traveloka. Di aplikasi traveloka tertulis ada welcome drink & pada saat datang disuruh menunggu krn welcome drink akan disiapkan. Tetapi sampai akhir tur ternyata tidak dikeluarkan. Kita sekeluarga menanyakan & dijawab per Desember sudah tidak ada welcome drink. Kita tunjukkan bukti kalau seharusnya harga sudah termasuk welcome drink. Sampai akhirnya kita disuruh menunggu lama dan akhirnya baru dikeluarkan
