Batu Caves + Genting Highland - 1 Day Trip

This tour was truly an amazing experience. Every activity was fun, full of joy, and everything was very well organized. I was very satisfied with the service, the itinerary, and the attention given to the tour participants. This is an experience I will always remember.

Friendly driver & guide. On time schedule.

It's pretty good. It's just that there is an additional itinerary that is not on schedule so it greatly reduces the time in Batu Caves and Genting. In addition, when in Batu Caves, passengers are not dropped off inside but outside so the walk is quite far.

Yeah, it's okay. It's according to the price. I just got a bit carsick with the car.

The atmosphere of Batucaves is quite good,. one of the destinations that is quite crowded

It was good, the guide was friendly and kind, but the time didn't match the advertisement, saying it would be finished at 6 pm, but at 3 pm we were asked to meet up.

The package is very helpful since batu caves & genting are in the same direction but there are no direct public transportation to reach genting from batu caves. Rode this with my mom, and share the ride with 4 other people in a Toyota Innova. Thankfully I was picked up first and wasn’t late so I get to choose my seat. For me the guide act more as a driver but you can ask anything about the city, and he was nice. A couple that shared the tour with us was always 30-60mins late throughout the tour which wasn’t very nice but I understand that the driver cannot literally leave them since they’re also customers and came with a child. But he did what he could, keep calling them to come quicker..

the tour guide is friendly (his name is Boose), the accommodation is good, and he can understand Indonesian. Overall, it was very enjoyable both in Genting and Batu Cave. Thanks

This tour package is very helpful. For those who don't want to bother, just sit back and be picked up and dropped off at the hotel again. The pick-up time is earlier, so it's more relaxed. The first destination is a chocolate shop, arriving at Genting at 10.25. Given time there until 2.30. 4 hours in Genting doesn't feel satisfying because the place is really big. You have to plan where to go when you arrive at Genting. The driver is very friendly, his name is Mr. Bose. It's just that he waited from the skyway stop, so you went to Genting independently. Oh yeah, one more thing, the skyway is still the old one, not the Awana skyway. After Genting we went to Batu Caves, took pictures, etc. We arrived at the hotel again at 5 o'clock. So we could rest and go faster. Thank you very much Mr. Bose and team 🙏🏻
