We can go up to the skybridge at the 41st floor and get 10 minutes there to enjoy the view and take photos. Then, go up to the 86th floor to see the view for about an hour and have our photos printed at the souvenir shop. Great and nice experience 😍😘

It's not complicated to buy tickets to the Petronas Twin Towers. You have to arrive on time. When you get there, just show the ticket you bought on the app, no need to exchange anything else. The staff there also provide really good service. Yesterday, we arrived 45 minutes earlier than scheduled, so we could see the history of the Petronas Twin Towers in the waiting room provided.

everything was good, it's just that at the last floor 83 we were given information about free time, but it turned out that there was still a time limit, especially when we were looking at souvenirs.

Although we came late for our tour at the Petronas twim Tower, the staff were helpful and request us to wait until they get us a tour. The Elevator was so crowded and we couldn't breath as AC is not functioning well. It was organized and we all had chance to take photos and enjoy, we loved the experience

The Petronas Twin Towers, an iconic symbol of Kuala Lumpur, draw millions of visitors each year with their stunning architecture and panoramic views of the city. To ensure you make the most of your visit, here are some essential tips that will help you navigate the towers and enjoy a seamless experience.

Tips When Visiting Petronas Twin Towers

1. Purchase Tickets in Advance

The Petronas Twin Towers are one of the most popular attractions in Kuala Lumpur, and tickets can sell out quickly, especially during peak tourist seasons. It’s highly recommended to purchase your tickets in advance through Traveloka. This guarantees your preferred time slot and saves you from the disappointment of sold-out tickets upon arrival.

2. Choose the Best Time to Visit

To avoid the crowds and enjoy a more relaxed experience, consider visiting early in the morning or late in the afternoon. The towers open at 9:00 AM, and the first few time slots are usually less crowded. Late afternoon visits also offer the added bonus of experiencing the city’s skyline during sunset, followed by the breathtaking night views when the towers are illuminated.

3. Plan Your Visit Around the Weather

Kuala Lumpur’s weather can be quite unpredictable, with frequent rain showers. Check the weather forecast before planning your visit, as clear skies will enhance your experience from the Skybridge and Observation Deck. On rainy days, the views might be obstructed, and you may not be able to fully appreciate the cityscape.

4. Allocate Sufficient Time

A visit to the Petronas Twin Towers is more than just a quick stop. Allocate at least 2-3 hours to fully explore the Skybridge, Observation Deck, and other attractions like Suria KLCC and KLCC Park. This ensures you have ample time to enjoy the views, take photographs, and explore the surrounding areas without feeling rushed.

5. Leverage Public Transportation

The Petronas Twin Towers are conveniently located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and are easily accessible by public transportation. The KLCC LRT station on the Kelana Jaya Line is just a short walk from the towers, making it a hassle-free option for getting there. Using public transport can save you time and the trouble of finding parking in the busy city center.
