The direct entry ticket has avoided a lot of unneccessary hassles. We managed to get seats for the Creatures of the Night and it was an awesome presentation! The lights were kinda dim but it didn't stop us to walk around to see the animals. Enjoyed a lot since the animals were not sleeping!!

Take a bus from the MRT station and get off at the same location as the Singapore Zoo, just a different entrance gate. The ticket exchange process is fast and the location is clean. There is a restaurant inside

We were lucky we saw majority of the night animals. However, they were really difficult to spot and we couldn't take pictures because it was dark and we didn't want to use flash to startle the animals. I think the Zoo is better. Night Safari is good for 1 time visit, but I don't think it's value for money.

Overall it’s a pleasant journey, sadly it was rainy so it’s a bit foggy on the animal’s glass cage, and some animals prefer to hide during the time, but still able to enjoy the walk path, tram rides and the amphitheater, everything covered up, it’s a quick entrance with traveloka’s provided qr, no need to print anything, convenience point++

quite strange. but not too attractive because everything is dark, it's quite difficult to see the animals from afar. The plus point is that the staff is very friendly, ready to support me and my family. because we bought tickets but didn't know that after buying tickets, we need to make an appointment to get in. When we arrived at the gate, it was quite late, but the staff still helped me with the procedures to enter and exit the zoo.

Had a very bad experience with Traveloka. They canceled the ticket at the last moment. Better to book the tickets with the supplier directly as Traveloka site is not updated all the time.

The night creature show is a bit short and has few animals, no interaction, the zoo is large and you can stand very close, it's okay

I book 7.15pm slot.An hour after my payment received call from traveloka mention that the 7.15 slot is fully book and only available on 8.15. Even thought I told her I have train to catch at 1030 she still refused only can provide me 8.15pm slot. Well I accepted it and no any additional information are given. Well I tried to reach early so that I can atleast ask excuse at safari staff to enter early. Upon reach the staff mention that we still can entry at 7.15 even though book 8.15slot asking the date is on same day. If ever the traveloka staff give this information to me I might go early n can manage to take my train on time. But unfortunately it was a rushing safari trip and sadly I miss the train aswell due to delay.
