SingapoRediscovers Vouchers are tourism credits issued by the Singapore Tourism Board for eligible Singapore Citizens. Worth S$100 in total, the vouchers are distributed as digital coupon codes in denominations of S$10 and may be used for domestic hotel stays, attraction tickets, or tour tickets on authorised booking platforms, including Traveloka. All Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above in 2020 are eligible for S$100 SingapoRediscovers Vouchers in denominations of S$10. Additionally, each eligible Singapore Citizen with familial ties to minors (i.e. parents, grandparents, other relatives, and legal guardians to those below 18 years old) are also eligible to purchase up to 6 child/youth tickets with a subsidy of S$10 per ticket.
Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) are not eligible for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers.

At present, Singapore Citizens aged below 18 years old are not eligible to receive SingapoRediscovers Vouchers. But don't worry, the whole family can still have fun using subsidised tickets for minors!
If you are an eligible Singapore Citizen with familial ties to minors (i.e. parents, grandparents, other relatives, and legal guardians), you may purchase up to 6 child/youth tickets with a subsidy of S$10 per ticket.
Before purchasing the subsidised child/youth tickets, eligible Singapore Citizens must first activate the subsidies on SingaporeRediscovers.
Visit SingapoRediscovers and log in using SingPass to check your remaining balance.
You do not need to purchase adult tickets to purchase subsidised child/youth tickets.
However, do note that if you have used up all your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers, you will no longer be able to purchase any subsidised child/youth tickets. If you wish to purchase a subsidised child/youth ticket, you must have at least S$10 left in your SingapoRediscovers Vouchers balance.

No additional coupon codes can be applied on top of the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers coupon code.

Yes, you can still buy a regular ticket. Simply search for the attraction or tour of your choice, then book a ticket without applying a SingapoRediscovers Vouchers coupon code. Please make sure that the attraction or tour is NOT marked as "Eligible for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers".
You should receive a booking confirmation by email and a notification on your Traveloka app within 10 minutes after your payment has been received.
Open My Booking to check whether your ticket has been issued. Your ticket should have also been sent to the email you registered on Traveloka. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact +65-6486-7944 or cs-srv@traveloka.com.
