You can leave your luggage first if you don't have a room available, by chance yesterday you got a ready room at 11 am (even though the new regulations can check in at 3 pm). The check-in process is fast, and the clerk is friendly. The bedrooms & bathrooms are clean. Never tried breakfast because I have to check in the plane at 8 a.m.”

The decoration and the details of this 4.5-star IHG hotel will put you right at home with its surrounding heritage shophouses and the charm of this Eastern part of Singapore. We had a very good experience staying at the hotel, right from the check-in where we were greeted by Rosa at the reception. She was simply so exuberant and it really brightened up our day from the get-go and we were excited to see what else the hotel has in store for us! Knowing it was my birthday, she gave us a complimentary room upgrade to the Heritage View! The room and the view were really beautiful! Check out the photos!
