1. Pre-Departure Planning

Travel history of 7 days of travel away from Singapore including Indonesia, Singapore, or countries with VTL category, or countries that have travel history approval (EEA + 3)
Have been vaccinated against COVID-19 either in Singapore or a country that includes VTL
No need for a booster dose
Have a travel insurance policy with minimum coverage of S$ 30,000
Taking VTL flights that have been approved by the Singapore government.
