There are 2,600 animals in an area of 14.3 hectares in the middle of beautiful Ueno Park. Children can see various Japanese fauna and world fauna here. The most famous one is a pair of pandas named Ri Ri and Shin Shin who have lived in this zoo since 2011.
The entry ticket is also not expensive, only 600 Yen (6,13 Singapore Dollar). Ueno Zoo is open from 09.30-17.00, closed on Mondays.
