Even though the Caticlan airport is small, its facilities are pretty complete. It provides SIM card booths, a waiting room, priority service for seniors, and airport transfers. The Caticlan jetty is only 10 minutes away from this airport.
Unfortunately, the flight services from and to this airport may be limited. Also, the flight to Caticlan Airport may cost much higher because it only serves small aircraft.
Alternatively, you can land at Kalibo Airport, especially if you use international flight services. Kalibo is bigger than Caticlan Airport. It offers more flight services on both days and nights.
Upon landing at Kalibo, you can choose various transportation options to go to Caticlan jetty. The journey usually takes 2 hours.
You can take a tricycle or van to the jetty at Caticlan Airport. The cost of a tricycle is PHP 150 if you are alone. However, if you travel in a group of two people, you must pay PHP 50 per person.
