My Flight has been Canceled by the Airline or Rescheduled by the Airline

Whether it’s bad weather or for operational reasons, your airline may occasionally reschedule or cancel your flight. No need to worry. You will be notified as soon as there are any changes.

You may be eligible to reschedule or refund your flight for free or with a fee, depending on your ticket policy and schedule change category. Please check our email to see your reschedule and refund eligibility.  

Reschedule

You can easily reschedule your flight using our Easy Reschedule feature. Simply choose the date and time available with the same airline that is suitable for your travel plans. For more details on how to submit an Easy Reschedule request, click here.

Refund

If you are unable to find a suitable schedule that suit your preference, you can submit a refund request via our Refund Submission feature. Click here to find out more about submitting a refund request.
