You need better service for luggage pick up and drop off for guests due to road works that are unavoidable I know but maybe offer a better option as with 2 kids we had to lug heavy bags from hotel to the Wilson’s car park. Maybe offer a perk or discount for this inconvenience?

The staff is the best asset. They are very friendly. I like the location. It was easy to come and go. I enjoyed so much my first stay that I came back for another day before departing Australia.
Looking forward to come back to Sydney and to stay back at this hotel.

I couldn't figure out how to get my washing out of the machine. I couldn't figure out how to close the electronic blinds. The lift was hard to use as well. It was like Star Trek with no manual. Not for you, if you have autism. So hard. Dishwasher also impossible to understand. Insane hi tech.

All around great. Was allowed to check in early as we got off from cruise ship. Great room with impeccable sheets and mattress. Room feels luxurious with automated blinds and curtains. Lots of great amenities. Will stay again.

Well appointed room. Responsible service crew especially Paula. But beds and pillows need a serious refresh. F&B options limited and are very tired 30 minutes before closing at the sky bar.

Beautiful furnishings and decor in the room, very comfortable and spacious. Great views of George Street from the full height windows. Cool electric curtains and relaxing lighting. Challenging to get to due to adjacent building works whilst we were there, but otherwise it was a lovely place to stay.
