Will always look for this place in the future, had everything even a washing machine

What a great find, I was in a 2 bedroom apartment, I only needed 1, it had a full kitchen, living and dining area with a seperate toilet and bathroom with a2 Washing machine, The lady that checked me in and out was lovely, other customers in the lobby spoke highly of the place as well, best thing was it was super quiet ,

The garden view provided privacy and the property was in a great location for exploring around town.

Friendly service, comfortable beds, hit showers

We stayed in one of the townhouses. The complex is good but with a bit of TLC could look a lot nicer (pressure wash and paint). The townhouse was large, fit two small kids well. Lots of small maintenance issues, toilet that would take 30 mins to refill, fan knob broken, curtains broken, blind handle broken, can’t shut 2nd bedroom door as the bed was in the way. But overall it was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool area which was well maintained too. Would stay again.

The hotel met most of our needs, however, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room was comfortable and provided the essentials, but it felt like some details were overlooked that could have made the experience much better. One of the most notable issues was the lack of sheer curtains. The room had large windows, which allowed plenty of natural light, but without sheer curtains, we felt exposed. Anyone outside could easily see into the room, making privacy a concern. While there were heavier curtains for the evening, during the day, we would have appreciated the option of sheer curtains to enjoy the daylight without sacrificing privacy. Another challenge was the lighting in the room. There were only two lamps in the bedroom, which provided minimal light. The space felt dim, especially in the evening when we needed better lighting for reading or getting ready. Additional lighting or lamps in the living room would have helped brighten up the space and made it feel more inviting. The bathroom was generally well-maintained, but the shower head was too large for the shower space. It felt awkward trying to adjust the angle, and water ended up splashing out of the shower, making a bit of a mess. A smaller or more appropriately sized shower head would have been a better fit and improved the overall showering experience. On the positive side, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

Fantastic accommodation will definatley stay again

An older property so a little dated and tired. Clean and functional however and close to large supermarket complex. Owner very pleasant and helpful.

Our stay was good although we were unaware that there seemed to be permanent residence living there.

This place is an absolutely gem and the owners are very friendly and very helpful. There is a shopping centre right across the road and take away places are very close as well

Good times

Comfortable, clean, maintained. Heated pool was heavenly. Everything in working order which is rare. Conveniently located. Quiet grounds. Lovely management. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff No daily cleaning

Surprisingly large with a full suite of amenities, this is an excellent choice of accomodation that makes for a comfortable trip. There are plenty of facilities close by which makes the location all the more attractive

It was a very clean stay. Our garden room was away from the road and we did not get any street noise. I was not so happy with the inter-room noise, however. We could hear every word from the woman next door on her phone late at night, as well as her TV from our main bedroom which was not conducive to sleeping well.

We’ve stayed in a few different rooms at this accommodation site over the years. It’s off the highway, it’s close to shops, it’s a neat, clean, quiet place to stay for quick stopovers on your way north.

Had everything we needed - kitchen, washing machine, pool, games room & friendly owners

Pool was supposed to be heated, the catch is it is solar heated so if not sun, not heat. Place was pretty average for 8.6 rating. It was very close to theplaza which I guess is a plus if you were staying longer.
