Well presented property which was very clean and centrally located in Eden. No meals are available on site but there are a number of cafes and restaurants in the main street.

Very friendly staff, good room, average architecture, good for a stopover, sad to see a lot of concrete and supermarket & carpark out the window. Would not recommend to take kids to this motel, okay for adults.

We were unable to stay here because they did not leave any check in information for us, and we nor Hotels.com could reach them (nor could the other travelers also trying to check in at the same time) The hotel is refusing to refund us, which is also frustrating.

Reception was closed before the posted hours ended. Had not received contactless instructions. Was not able to reach anybody by phone, email, or in-app messaging. Dumb luck? Found the person I needed to talk to behind the reception desk of another hotel. The room smelled of mildew or mold, which may have been emanating from the carpet that needs to be replaced.

Positive is the location is excellent and easy to walk to everything. The renovation has meant the rooms look modern and it’s a bonus having a kitchenette. The beds aren’t that comfortable and our room had a light directly outside which shone brightly into our room all night because the curtains don’t close properly. It’s also noisy - we had the laundry next to us which meant people were outside our room constantly.

Cute place. 14 rooms. Reception closed. Lock boxes for room keys worked well for us but there was another couple that had difficulty. Phone number on door was non responsive. Noticed that the place is for sale , perhaps the new owners will be more available. Several of the rooms can be difficult to get to with heavy luggage.

Positive side it was clean 10 out of 10, wi-fi was excellent. Down side - only 1 chair in the room. No wardrobe. No contact with staff (no one at reception), no dishwashing liquid, room has no sofa.

The motel is in an excellent location for everything in Eden.You can walk everywhere and leave the car in a safe place.The triple room was very spacious and clean and had everythibg we needed for a 2 night stay.Excellent value for money.

It was very conveniently close to the shops and also to Coles supermarket. It took us a while to access the key to our room. Perhaps written instructions as to how to open the key box would be useful.
