It was a nice place , but bath/spa , I wouldn’t have as it didnt look very clean , had no spoon to make coffee. Sliding doors were very hard to open and close and lock

Booked a single room but was given a room for three,bed/ pillows very comfy,lovely clean towels and had toiletries, plenty of tea coffee suger and even biccies, staff were lovely very accommodating,although given I bigger room I’d much prefer fed the single,aircon better tv worked better but definitely would stay again,over road to shopping mall, woolies etc, might be budget but a very good budget hotel and no better location and great pool

Initially I didn't like room, looked on to rubbish, but I was moved after 3 nights, much nicer. Close to everything. All good would stay here again.

The old orange curtains had holes & were falling down. They were that thin that the curtains didn’t block out any sunlight . Plus the street lights shon straight through the thin curtains. We all had a terrible nights sleep.

Firstly I booked a flight and hotel package. Great price but when I got there I realised why. I was placed in a old tired room. Fridge was leaning, no shelves or bottle racks. Mould in places in shower. It was not at all like the bright photo shown on this site. Mine was dark grey and very tired. Paint chipped. Just run down overall. Some rooms on other side looked like they had been redone but not my section. So false advertising. It was very close to shopping so that was a bonus. I could hear music until the early hours and the bed was not comfy. The view from the window was run down back yards of businesses. I would not book here again for this single room.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Furnishings could be updated. One window wouldn't lock which gave us a bit of a feeling of insecurity. The room door and lock were awful.

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable. Bathroom needed to be "refreshed", meaning there was what appeared to be mildew in the cracks in the shower and walls, however, you could tell it was cleaned, just needed to be repainted/repaired. Restaurants were good. The pool was refreshing, and having laundry facilities was great. Bang for the buck this is a very good motel.

Have stayed here several times in the past on way to Darwin and return and have always recommended to friends to stay there. This time was disappointed with condition of room bed looked like it was made by a 5 year old and curtains wouldnt cover window properly had to use sheet to cover gaps. Would recommend owners have a serious look at how the hotel is being run.

Public areas of the hotel were filthy with rubbish, spilt food and layers of dirt evident on the verandas and stairwells. Further the floor in my room and bathroom was filthy as evidenced by muddy footprints on the bath mat after exiting the shower.
