We stayed here as a family with small children. The check in/out process was easy and staff were friendly. Parking was provided on site and easy to access. The property is well maintained and clean. The room was spacious and had most of what we needed. It was in decent condition for the age of the property. The pools were noted as being heated but we found them cold so didn’t use them and we spent most of our time away from the resort. As noted with the resort details, the rooms have access via stairs only so it’s not ideal with anyone who may struggle with this but we had a room on the top level and managed fine. The only negative was that the restaurant/bar that adjoins the resort was quite loud but given the days/time of year we stayed, we understood. Overall, we had a good stay.

The gardens , pool and outdoor facilities were lovely. The unit was dated and needed maintenance. The furnishings were fairly new but poor quality and in disrepair, ie. broken sofa, cracked bin. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Nice clean gardens well kept.
Didn’t like only one rolll of toilet paper for 4 adults over 2 nights.
Trouble getting out of property. Couldn’t get out of car park without driving car. The only exit gate we found was locked from the outside and we couldn’t get out without help.

The property manager was fantastic about organising a late checkin for us and leaving instructions and the key. The property is easy to get to and on a lovely estate, beautiful grounds, great pools, so close to the beach and amenities. Great comfy beds, linen and couch. Maybe needs a pest spray - it is Australia and the weather is all over the place so there's a lot of bugs around but we had bites on and around our feet after walking around the carpet, and saw ants and cockroaches, and there's a well established wasp nest outside the front landing.

Okay overall. Appliances need upgrading, especially the stove and and the dryer. No aircon in bedrooms makes it impossible to sleep there during the day, however nights are okay. Would have appeciated a heads-up that the room is located on level 3 with no lift, as not everyone can climb three levels of stairs especially when they have back problems.

Room felt very overused and rundown, Foxtel didn’t work, batteries in remotes flat. Lounge was saggy & main bed uncomfortable. Dishes were put away dirty. Have stayed previously and was much more comfortable in another room. Have stayed in other rooms at same location aeven though older style was more comfortable and was much nicer. Have informed manager & they said they will look into the issues. From carpark to top level is 7 flights of stairs - generally ok but with a baby/toddler was very quickly troublesome.
