Stayed here before so knew what to expect. We got checked in very early which was much appreciated. Comfy bed and linens. Plenty of choice at buffet breakfast. Well recommended for a city stay.

Great hotel, very close walk to restaurants, shops and public transport. Reading other reviews prior to booking it almost made me change my mind but I’m glad I went with my gut and booked this hotel because it was fabulous nothing to fault! 9/10 for me 😊

Walked down to breakfast around 7am. Told them only one now for breakfast not two since daughter was sick. Breakfast was cold and coffee made was boiling hot. Upon checking out still had to pay for two breakfasts. Imagine being unsatisfied with the first breakfast and then having to pay for another! Room was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here before and loves it but will be looking at other hotels for the future.

Decent hotel, great breakfast. Charging me $5 for a bottle of water was an absolute disgrace and the on-line checkout was a waste of time as I had to go through it all again when I physically gave my room card back. Good location, bathroom not totally ideal for privacy.

The service we received from the staff was impeccable. Everyone who worked there that we interacted with were lovely, accomodating and made you feel like a million bucks. The location is extremely convenient with almost everything right at the doorstep. We enjoyed our weekend so much that we made the decision 3 hours before check out to stay another night and we were allowed to keep our same room aswell even though it was christmas eve

Such a weird hotel, once you are inside it's beautiful but parking and unloading in a rough looking back alley is strange! All the pictures of the pool bathed in beautiful sunshine were basically the reason I booked but come check in time no sun at all, so our one night stay equals no pool very disappointed to say the least

It is quiet because the hotel starts on the second floor. It has a nice swimming pool area place to sit on the 4th floor. An excellent location close to the CBD and easy to walk to Southbank Restaurants Park performance and art galleries
