Kirsten Accommodation Mudgee

We were pleasantly surprised by the house as soon as we pulled up, and the stay was very pleasant. The management was very responsive and helpful, and they provided all the amenities we needed to cook, including a barbecue, which we enjoyed. The quality of the house felt high for the price, and the house was within walking distance to shops and a large grocery store. Solid all around - we wished we had more time to stay there!

Loved our stay in this clean beautifully styled villa.

Cosy modern villa with all the essentials for a short stay for our family of 4. Short walk or drive to local cafes, supermarkets and playground. Quiet neighbourhood although we did hear the construction noises from the properties on both sides from early in the morning. Villa has a kitchen and laundry with all appliances. They were even able to provide a portacot and baby bath tub. Central heating was appreciated on the cold Mudgee mornings! Only negative would be the very narrow lock up garage and narrow driveway - challenging to park an SUV and almost impossible to then open the doors to load the kids in.

Lovely modern property. Comfortable stay

Fabulous communication- the unit was gorgeous and everything was top quality. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was fabulous, the kitchen was very well appointed and the BBQ was a real treat. Lovely outdoor seating area - quiet and private. We really appreciated the lockable garage for our car.

Great location. Great property. Only negative was bathroom mirrors not usable except in silhouette. However a handheld mirror provided. It’s the only way you can see yourself to shave apply makeup etc.

A great place located within a couple of minutes walk to Mudgee Main Street. Clean, comfortable and easy to find.

everything was spot on. Kirsten was communicative, responsive, friendly, helpful....and the cheese platter was a killer. Excellent facility all round.

Very happy with our stay. Unit was clean,nicely appointed & was ready for us when we arrived. With the unit being close to the city centre it was very convenient. Customer service was friendly regularly updating us about check in details. Only disappointment was the back bedroom toilet that had a flushing issue. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant & we would recommend this accommodation for anyone holidaying in the Mudgee region.

It was very deceiving from the outside …. Inside was all new and modern and very clean

The location was great - within walking distance of unique country pubs which offer modern fresh food & beverages; the Three Tails craft beer and smokehouse and the main street of Mudgee - perfect! However, whilst the three bedroom, 2 bathroom was what we wanted, the dark mirrors in the bathrooms were annoying; the beds not comfortable and there was no mop & dustpan. It was advertised as Serviced Apartments, but just prior to arrival, I received a text stating, due to COVID, there would be no housekeeping for our 3 night stay. To our knowledge, there was no COVID in Mudgee and were't offered a slight refund or compensation like a bottle of wine, and as we weren't advised at the time of booking, or a day before, we didn't think this was 'good hospitality'. We had 6 coffee pods for 3 days for 4 adults and the coffee machine just didn't work, nor did Netflix. We booked the private bespoke Kirsten van for a 6 hour wine tasting and we were 'supposedly' booked into our choice of venue for lunch. However, the first vineyard wasn't open and the lunch venue was closed due to a private function. Clearly the organising of the tour was not professional. Belinda, our driver, was quick thinking and arranged alternative spots to visit and we all had a great day. On the plus side, it was good to have a garage to park our car and besides having a relentless barking dog in the mornings next to the main bedroom and tradesmen building a house at the other next door neighbour, we loved Mudgee.

Great property - well located and clean not a big issue but if a game or two provided we would have liked that - but we had a lovely time and would use again

Absolutely loved it !!! ... This place is clean, tidy and has all amenities and facilities covered ... Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and just about everything else !!! ... Perfect Property can’t wait to come back !!!

Best apartment ever! Very clean, modern, comfortable & spacious. It had it all! Our only regret was having to leave. So sorry that Kirsten didn’t have apartments in Dubbo & Orange or we would have booked them there as well. We will be back
