Like the place so every time I’m in the area visiting my first choice of stay is Novotel rootyhill .. also recommend to all my friend back in the US.. right now I’m here in LA talking about my stay in your great hotel down under. I’ll be back again in February and might stay again there .. thanks

The customer service on arrival was terrible no greeting of effort to try give a solution on a request for early check in. A Fijian lady in front counter very poor hospitality skills. I was only helped by an Australian man an hour later doing his best to support me. This was the worst customer service but always stayed here this will be our last

The room was much bigger than I thought for a standard room and it was a really nice room, it was neat, tidy and clean aswell. The bathroom was a really decent size and really clean. Pillows super comfy! The staff were all so kind, friendly and helpful, the man at the desk when I checked in was very helpful and offered my daughter an activity pack. The staff at the breaky buffet were friendly, professional and kind. The food was pretty good to. This is a place I would stay again.
