Very underwhelming for the price. The bathroom facilities and decor is about 30-40 years old. There is a 65 inch tv in the lounge area and about a 15 inch one in the bedroom, it's pointless. I had to move the king sized bed out of the way so that I could access the power points behind the bed, against the wall, about 1 to 2 feet from the side of the bed. On the very hot day that it was when we arrived, a ceiling fan either in the living area of the bedroom would be nice. The view was spectacular which is what I paid the premium for but it was let down by the rest of the apartment.

Great location, but some rooms are in need of updates. Showers in baths not great for older people, and shower heads very low for taller people. Hotel below had a radio a broadcast event all day on the Saturday during our stay which was super loud, and then usual pub music went late into the night. Disappointing given the price of rooms.

Room was nice and clean. There was a small kitchen and fridge. The fridge has a cupboard door which has to be opened first to get to the fridge door. This design looks nice but is not functional. Dishwasher leaked. Washing machine was easy to use but was a washer and dryer in one which was inconvenient when you want to do another load of washing. Drying function not very good. A proper dryer would be better. Location was next to the beach and close to Jetty Rd and restaurants along the pier. There were two Playgrounds nearby which the children enjoyed. Parking spaces were a little narrow in the basement.

The location was fabulous with our balcony facing straight out onto the beach. The parking was $30 a night, which I thought was a bit steep when we'd already paid a pretty high price for the room. On the Friday night, there was a very loud live band downstairs, playing awesome music, but it made it absolutely impossible to sleep until the early hours of the morning. The Saturday night there was a DJ but it was a lot quieter and we were able to sleep. The other nights were fine. The bedroom had sliding doors to shut it off from the rest of the area (which is why I booked it so our toddler could sleep and we could stay up) but the doors were frosted glass and when you had any of the lights on in the main area, it lit up the room like daylight. It would be great if the doors were solid or there were blinds/curtains.

The room was not clean and I wouldn’t let my dog sit in the couch. Beyond cleaning needs to be replaced. Grout in bathroom needs cleaning and towels were threadbare. A little effort an the room could be very nice.

I would not list this property as a luxury hotel. Bathroom was dirty, the bath shower combination was unsafe. If you are unsteady on your feet I would not recommend. Strange smell in room. Toilet paper was 1 ply. No welcome booklet with hotel details. Had to climb over bed to get iron / board. TV in bedroom was so tiny there may as well not be one and it wasn’t plugged in to antenna on arrival. Balcony was not private breakfast was average. Staff and location of property is excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location & facilities around the hotel were great and super friendly staff. The only disappointment was the poor state of the bathrooms, they both had very mouldy tiles in the shower recesses.

Liked the convenience of the holdshore and jetty road. But we were put put straight above the DJ downstairs. Sleep was impossible till they closed. Would recommend not getting a room 1st floor. Pretty disappointed

Good property in a great location. Staff were friendly. Room was big and very clean. Great bed, good shower and excellent kitchen. Only downside was being on a lower floor you could all the revellers outside. Would stay again but would ask for a higher floor.

We did not stay they had no disabled rooms and that is what I booked when I got to check in they told me they’ve never had any disabled dreams and I could not have booked it if I booked it through a third-party it was your fault it’s either Hotels.com or discriminating against disabled people or the hotel is discriminating against disabled people not happy at all with the service I got from either Hotels.com or the hotel

Lovely central room with balcony. Comfortable bed, good storage, walk to restaurants, shops and tram into central Adelaide. Only downside was bathroom is dated with shower in bath so if your a bit wobbly on your feet ask for a room with walk in shower
