It was lovely and looked just as advertised. The staff were lovely. Got a room with the harbour view. Good breakfast selection.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, it really felt like a five star experience bar the lack of swimming pool. The staff was very attentive, the room was clean and spacious and the buffet breakfast was great. The hotel smelt so nice as well.

In the Lounge access - Ned was wonderful. Polite and engaging and looked after us. The room was great. Service friendly.

The location is nice, near darling harbour and other malls nearby, the room was nice as well, very clean, bed was very comfy, the king club room comes with several nice privileges. It was nice stay overall.
