Good place for a quick stay . Close to shops and food. Staff friendly.

Perfect base to tour the area

As a budget motel it was clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed. The shower was hot and worked well. The room had everything we needed and the staff were pleasant. We were not expecting luxury accommodation but were pleased to have had a comfortable and convenient stay.

Perfect location, clean and value for money

It was very clean, though the curtains are old & did not close fully, the outside lights are left on all night & shine straight into your room The swimming pool was not operational Room also requires some upgrading & the coffee was awful

Good little spot to rest your head for 2 nights while out exploring phillip island. Showers not very hot and reccomend to pack your own soap. The soap there wont wash you at all

Tired facility and poorly maintained. A little overpriced for the offering.

Quiet convemient

The room smells of old cigarettes and the internet is very poor.

No hot water in shower, tv did not work properly.

Bed wasn't very comfortable, the exhaust fan in the bathroom needed servicing, it was dirty and noisy, the shower door didn’t close fully, the free wifi was hopeless and tv reception was very hit and miss. Apart from that it was ok even if it was a little on the higher cost side

Lovely and quiet, as away from the main road - I slept well. Although older facilities, the room was good and reasonable for price paid. I wished I checked for spare blankets before I went to bed though, as there were none in the cupboard and it was a cool night. I don't like using econ or electric blankets, but I had to use both (and I therefore warm). It us better for the environment and also to lower costs for the business, to have enough blankets in the room. Otherwise, my stay was great and I will probably stay there again next time I am in this wonderful beachside town.

We enjoyed our stay a few little issues like dripping shower and no clean towels brought to room had no hot water first night but staff were friendly
