We liked the convenience of arriving early and our room was available for an early check in! The room was on the 21st floor and had perfect ocean views. Check in was great and also check out was a breeze. The pool area was so nice, plenty of sun lounges and great service from the pool bar. Also breakfast in the morning at their FIXX cafe was brilliant! Would stay here again.

The hotel is very good, staff were excellent, mix up on checkin was resolved and room change to higher floor with no problem. The ground floor of the hotel is noisy with music and chatter, the pool is small, but you are a short distance from the beach.

Room was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfy and soft pillows. Didn't like having to pay $30 extra a night to park the car when paying over $500/night. Should have been included.

Great property, clean and good facilities. Great location, walking distance to surfers main shopping precinct and accessible to light rail for trips to broad beach and other suburbs. Not enough lounge chairs by the pool and need to wake up super early to secure a spot

Loved our stay at QT, it's very clean and well maintained rooms are spacious and have great amenities. The use of the QR codes are a great and efficient way to get assistance or room service. The dining options in the hotel are great and means you won't have to leave if you don't want to. The only issue I had with the food was the pizza! Minor but notably was extremely frustrated when we ordered pizza's that cost between $23-$28 and what arrived looked like pizza from the freezer aisle in Coles and tasted worse than a frozen pizza! It was really disappointing for a 5 Star hotel. Other than that everything else was really good!

Our family of four loved staying here. The staff were lovely and the pool facilities were great. Always fresh towels and loungers available. We made use of the restaurants too which was fabulous for the kids when they were tired. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Nice and close to the beach too. We paid to use their carpark too which I recommend as it is less hassle. The room was spacious and comfortable beds.

Pool area small and busy, never had a chance to stay within the pool area. Booking cabana is expensive. Breakfast service is sooooo slow and they still got the order wrong.

Everything about our stay was amazing until check out. We were charged twice and the staff member we contacted to resolve was very unhelpful. We understand this was a hotel issue, not an Expedia issue. We were refunded but not without unnecessary hassle.

The mattress was super comfortable but the bathroom was too small with very weird sink because when you wash your hand the water will spill all over the floor. Also it was very hard to adjust between hot and cold water becauce no sign which one cold and hot water so you have to work it out which one cold and hot water.
