What a beautiful property. We had the most amazing week's stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and serviced every day - thank you. All of the staff were so welcoming and professional. "I" was the most beautiful host/hostess - congratulations on leading this wonderful team. The gardens are so lovely and everything is maintained so well. Well preserved traditional colonial building. Great staff easy free parking. No lift if that might be something you need to consider.
We walked into the harbour every night for a meal but they serve meals at the hotel between 7pm and 9pm. Good breakfast.

Downhill walk in to Hobart which was good exercise and only about 10 mins. $6 taxi ride back. Excellent value for money & I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Hobart.

Property is generally very good, however in our room this past week two nights stay, the second bed in our room was in poor condition and needs replacing, one of the basins was very slow to drain, and the seal along the glass shower door along the bottom, was half hanging or coming off: maintenance needs more careful attention.
