Beautifully executed integration of a historic building into a very modern one. The rooms in the modern addition are very spacious and stylishly designed. Well situated right in the business center of Perth. Very quiet. Luxurious Karl Lagerfeld toiletries. The Melbourne hotel offers excellent value, a high level of luxury at a reasonable price. I stayed twice, and it will be my first choice when I go to Perth again.

We had always fancied staying here so when the right room rate came along we booked. We was greeted at reception and got our key quickly, the staff member told us about having breakfast at the hotel & the opening closing times of the bars and restaurants. The room has a big comfy bed and everything was spotless. We could not fault this hotel at all. Great overnight stay.

My room was clean, comfortable,and quiet.I honestly thought nobody else was sleeping at the Hotel.Great location for shops, station etc.

Very disappointed. The rain shower was not working. The blinds did not block out the light from the sun and so woke up at the crack of dawn. Aircon kept turning on and off through the night, ao would wake up very hot and/or to the sound of fans blasting. Either ways, it was an exceptionally bad experience. Leaving us heavily sleep deprived, tired and disappointed. Room prices certainly did not match the poor standards of the room. Upon telling staff at check out, we were told they will let management know but with no remorse nor offer a way of applogy.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms outstanding but the roof bar is only open at the weekend and we had booked as we wanted to meet friends there. Shouldn’t we pay less if all the facilities are not available? There is no room service or mini bar and to pay $35 a night for parking which is more than the car park outside the hotel is unbelievable.

Very central.
Rooms are ok. Not sure whether there are better (more expensive rooms). two things to notice. The desk in the room is not big enough to function as a working table. Not deep enough. Weird.
The shower, despite being excellent condition, floods the room as the water goes straight out. The reminder to keep the door closed has its purpose. bring your own showercurtain. Didn't try breakfast. Opposite is a very good coffee bar as well as a brekafast place.

Was a nice, clean hotel. Language barrier made things difficult on arrival. Thought it was a bit strange that we paid for an upgraded room with a king size bed and ended up with 2 single beds pushed together that weren't quite the same height, not ideal.
