The Tiki Hotel was great, everything we needed was close by or easily accessible. The apartment was spacious and had a great view. The staff were all helpful and friendly I’d definitely recommend staying there.

We like the fact that there was a range of things to do within the property area and that we could park the car up and not touch it for the 5 days we're at the resort. It was absolutely magical

The hotel staff check in was very friendly. He gave us a free upgrade. He explained all the house rules and gave us directions for the nearest supermarket. The room we got had a great view which we enjoyed. The main bedroom was facing the main road which i found to be noisy at night as i can hear people and cars throughout the night. I don't know if the floor was vacuummed as my feet got very dirty after walking on bare feet in the apartment and there was no vacuum cleaners for me to do any floor cleaning myself. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and the location was great.

Our stay at Tiki Hotel was truly pleasurable and met all our expectations. The hotel provided a safe and welcoming environment, which made us feel completely at ease throughout our visit.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and up to standard, with everything we needed for a relaxing experience. The staff were attentive and friendly.
The location was also convenient, close to local attractions but still peaceful and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend Tiki Hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to stay with a big family (of 6).

The location is absolutely fantastic. Great coffee shop opposite the hotel, Paradox. Woolworths 200m away. Salt, meats and cheese restaraunt across the road. Cavill avenue across the road.
the only thing i can suggest is the property is in desperate need of a makeover, especially the bathrooms. As the rooms are not fully serviced having a vacuum cleaner in the rooms would be helpful.
The pool was great with the slide, but there is a safety issue when the person going down the slide reaches the end the person falls from 1m above the water surface and 1m out, there were lots of kids swimming under the slide and serious chance of getting an injury.
other than the above, the hotel was very reasonably priced and again the location was great

The property listed parking as one of the available facilities. However, at the counter during check-in, I was informed that it was conditional, and I had to pay $15 for it. This has never happened to me before—having to pay extra for a feature the property claimed to offer.

My family and I had a great stay at The Tiki Hotel recently (12/24). The staff were always lovely and helpful and the check in and check out process was nice n easy. The Tiki offers families great sized apartments at a great location at a much more affordable price in comparison to what you’d pay at other accommodations within the area for much smaller apartments. We especially loved the pool and spa area! I would definitely book here again. Thanks guys!

My hotel door was difficult to close due to an issue with the old hinge, which had not been repaired in advance.

This was a clean, family friendly hotel in a great location. It was in need of a renovation though. The noise coming from the road outside was so loud that the windows were definitely not double glazed. The fan wobbled when on, a lamp didn’t work, there were springs missing from the fold out bed. The mattress was so badly pilled that you could feel it through the sheets. The hot water that came out of the tap was so hot that it could actually hurt people. We needed to change our reservation last minute, it was so much of a hassle that we just swallowed the cost and kept it as it was. Not sure if I would stay there again but still a great option for families on a budget.
