Somehow renewed rooms, but be prepared for paper thin towels and dirty shower. The pool/gym/sauna is definitively closed and Accor is never mentioning that during the reservation. Very poor customer service from checkin to checkout.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to most of the city areas. Morning breakfast is tasty with variety of food and fresh juices. In the hotel you can use sauna, gym or swimming pool for free. Rooms (which are rather apartments because of the size) could be renovated, however nothing special in mine to complain. The reception personnel is extremely helpful. I really appreciate their work and willingness to find solution in any situation.

Staff amazing, super friendly and accomodating. Location top notch. Stayed here 11 years ago and rooms have not changed much since, they are showing their age and wear. It's a bit loud with poor insulated windows. All said though, it was a nice place to spend two weeks as a hone away from home. With the exchange rate at $R5.40 to $1USD room was $70/nite, which is hard to beat.

This is a pretty much old hotel. Door card and the elevator card is not responsive sometimes, need to operate few times. They are renovating the rooms now. Because the furniture and the environment is bit old. But it's a clean and nice place to stay for short period. Staffs are friendly and supportive.

I basically lived here for nearly a year. Great location, very friendly, helpful and multi-lingual staff. The pool is awesome and workout area has a great view and great equipment. The location is perfect, close to shops, bars, restaurants. The rooms were very nice and had a nice balcony, very relaxing atmosphere.
