The room is really clean, really nice and beautiful. Also, the receptionist is helpful and friendly with us. The location is great. This hotel is near the night market of Siem Reap. In the evening, we can walk to the night market, and enjoy the atmosphere of Siem Reap with the pub street and lots of food. If I go to Cambodia again, I'll choose Sok San to stay.

The management and staff went out of there way to iron out any issues I had with my stay outside their hotel, above and beyond expectations I had. Was made feel a part of the family and extended my stay 7 more days than I intended.

Our room smelled mouldy, sheets were stained with old stains and seems not to be changed. However, the location of this hotel was ok.

The staff is courteous. The room is comfortable. The hotel has no elevator but the front desk offered to put us from 4th floor to 3rd floor. and carried our luggage up to our room. However the tuktuk driver assigned by the hotel to pick us up at the airport was late by 10 minutes that I started to worry and be anxious.

It was a great experience. Room had traditional touches, clean and spacious. We came early and stayed at the reception and they allowed us to check-in ahead of time. They were quite nice. Siem Reap was a bucket list for us, thank you for helping us experience it!

Clean and spacious room. Room facilities are quite complete. The hotel also has bar & cafe facilities, so if you are hungry or just drink enough in the hotel and at affordable prices. Swimming pools are also available even though they are not large in size. It was very nice, when I was going to check in at the reception, I was welcomed, given a welcome drink and a typical Cambodian scarf. For this class of hotels, the services provided, I say are very satisfying. One more thing close to the night market and pub street and quite a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel.

The hairdryer and kettle is not working. We need to go out and buy lots of bottled mineral water instead. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights but housekeeping only clean our room once which is on the second day only.

Place is close to the Night Market. Very cost effective. Clean and spacious. But i think they need to fix the toilet, there’s a leak inside a bit dirty though

The hotel is very strategic location, close to the night market, pub street and also close to Muslim dining venues, all can be reached on foot, the streets are always crowded because of tourist attractions, hot water, air conditioning, cleanliness pretty good yesterday only stayed 3 nights sprey not at replace, the price is still okay

Excellent services, it's cheap and clean, they give you good deal for daily tour, tuk tuk services, bus ticket and so on. don't buy bus ticket and tuk-tuk services outside. i got twice price when i buy outside.

Plus: the hotel location near night market area. You can walking to angkor night market and pub street. In the night market and pub street there is many choices of food. The hotel price cheaper than other hotel in the area. The room is very nice and clean. Minus: there is no elevator at the hotel.

We booked a Deluxe Double Room for 4 nights, we arrived in Siem Reap airport at 10:15PM, we notified the hotel and was told that free pick up at the airport is only until 10pm. They were kind enough to send a tuktuk driver to pick us up but we had to pay $5. When at the hotel we were told by the staff that the room we booked is occupied so they gave us a different room, we stayed in the wrong room for 2 nights, we also needed to check out late and paid extra 10$ which I understand, they says there’s a complementary drink upon arrival - didn't get any. Everyone is accommodating and friendly, the room is clean, few mosquito though, the only complain i got is that there are a lot of things promised but wasn't delivered.
