I can't really provide too much regarding the surrounding area. The location is convenient being located just off the EC row expressway and on Huron Line for those coming off the 401. I do not know about public transportation in this area.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great.
Under renovation, but the staff we nice.
They didn't know a lot about technology, hooking up our PS5 for the kids. So we were SOL there.

The coffee maker did not work. The room was not as clean as it should be and was very dated in need of renovations the tv was analog so not very good to watch. Overall very disappointing

I returned to my room after breakfast to find a staff member inside, having unlocked the door himself. My belongings were still in the room, and when I asked him what he was doing, he claimed he was "making notes for housekeeping." I immediately reported it to the receptionist, but no manager was available. They offered a "late check-out" as compensation, but I’m more concerned about the safety of my family than a freebie.
Additionally, there was expired yogurt at breakfast, and the pool was closed without prior notice. I recommend avoiding this hotel until management addresses these issues. It is unsafe

It did not have an elevator for the second floor rooms which made it difficult for the four bags we had. The rooms were very clean an updated but the outside looked a little old and outdated in the front. The breakfast was good but the potatoes were cold everyday. The price however was good and it was a comfortable stay.

The facility is dirty and dingy. There is food on the staircase for more than w days and no one bothered to clean it. The breakfast is terrible. The toaster does not work. The bread smells. The scrambled egg which you get every single day is terrible.
