Manager and concierge were very helpful and friendly. There for Taylor Swift concert and had trouble with previous reservation at different location. The Delta was very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. But we found trying to sleep was difficult. The cool/heat system in the room was very noisy with a loud click/bang when it would start and stop making it impossible to sleep. Had to eventually shut it off completely but it would still have a continuous buzz/rattle all night.

I love this hotel and been there many times.
Last night Saturday the 18th the food in the pub area was bad. Really not good.

The rooms are still a bit dated but are overall, clean. The front desk staff was never super friendly but competent. The hotel itself is attached to a busy casino, so the lobby and restaurants are busy. The gym was nice, super clean and well attended.
Overall, we stayed here over the holidays and it was a clean, convenient and good place to stay. Would stay again!

Great: free parking, very convenient if you’re here for the casino.
Not great: the room itself. It was a special occasion and we paid a higher rate for an Executive King room with balcony, thinking it would be an elevated expereince. But no, the shower leaked, lots of mildew around the shower tiles and the only place to unpack clothes was in a random drawer unit that didn’t open properly because the closet doors got in the way. Weird, cheap “solution”.
Not the end of the world but we were annoyed to pay extra for what should have been one of the nicer rooms in the hotel, only to find it in run-down condition, with zero advantage in size and furnishings. If we stay again we’ll look for the least expensive room and avoid disappointment.
