The staff and vibe of this place was amazing. The bed was super comfy and the room was funky, had character and very clean. Great location on queen west, close to the ossington strip and tons of cool spots.

The Gladstone has some lovely perks. It's a funky hotel with lots of art and a great vibe. The beds are comfy. It was reasonably quiet...could hear the hall noise, but that's normal. But, there were a few things...1. The rooms have several night lights/tech lights that can't be turned off, so it's pretty bright. You need an eye mask. 2. The window doesn't open in the room, which I personally don't like, but others may not care. The restaurant was open at 8 am but the lights so bright, the music so loud, and when I ordered a coffee from the single employee who had three tables I was told...its going to be a long time until you get it. Nice. I left and went out to get a coffee elsewhere. The coffee machine is on the fourth floor, but the milk is broken.

The elevator is a real gem at the heart of the hotel. Front staff was very nice and the landings on each floor are a great way to have little flair.

This hotel is very unique and is very art focused and modern which I enjoyed. The staff was excellent. The only thing I wasn't informed of when I said I'd be entering late from an event was that you need to wave your card to open the main doors. (Which is good for security) Con for me was no choice of floor I was on and there is a manual elevator that is not always manned and I'm recovering from an injury so that was tough. Mike an amazing staff member saved my morning as he saw me struggling to make a coffee in the hallway(there is a coffee bar!) he helped me make one and hen it was time for check out. There is a lovely restaurant inside and a freshco and Starbucks walkable. Close to downtown by uber. Great stay all around and will stay again.

Didn’t get room upgrade we were promised but they did let us check in an hour early. It’s a great hotel where I’ve stayed many times however it’s darn loud. So loud. Like every step in hallway and the road is so noisy. Barely slept. Probably will stay elsewhere from now on.

A really lovely hotel! Room is a good size for 1. Comfy bed! Easy access to Toronto with a tram running outside. Plenty of facilities - Gym etc. Little noisy - possibly as I was facing onto the road. As mentioned there is a Tram, but another room might not have the same issue Would really recommend the Gladstone hotel.

A great place to stay that is walking distance to all of the great shops, restaurants and bars! The staff are fantastic and the amenities have been redone beautifully. The only thing that could have improved the room would be the addition of a mini fridge, but the white fluffy robes made up for this!

Great hotel, and a good price. Quick Uber to CN Tower. Close to bus stop if you want to save money on the Uber. The only thing I will say is that you can hear street noise. It didn't bother me, but if it bothers you, request a room as far from queen street as possible.
