Staff were very friendly. Room wasn’t very clean and the tub drain was broken.

Everything was great, but I wish the desk attendant would have mentioned to bring back my parking ticket to be validated, because I left once and came back and paid $11, and then after checkout I paid another $25. It was only supposed to be $16.95. If I had known that would have been nice.

Underground parking was a walk away.

The check in was fast and informative. The room was easy accessible.

I would stay here again.

I spent one night in the suite. The room itself seemed like it would be nice. My first issue was that the only actually lit room with ceiling lights was the bathroom. The living room and bedroom were both lit purely by lamps so very dark. The next issue was that the walls are thin so you hear everyone around you. Also it was just constant sirens outside all through the night. For entertainment in the room there were two tvs but they operate by wifi so every five minutes they’d cut out and you’d wait several minutes for it to start again missing whole parts of shows. You have to pay to park here as well. If you don’t get them to validate you’re paying $25 instead of $16 through them. Overall I’d definitely stay at a hotel further from downtown the next time I’m in the city.

It was very good, no issues at all except for the construction at the entrance which wasn't disturbing just a cosmetic issue for our stay .

The room are very immaculate and very comfortable.

Easy and convenient for our family

We were in a room that had not been updated in many decades. The fridge froze all of our food, and the power station did not charge my phone overnight. The shower head in the bathroom was not attached, and there was mold on the ceiling. I parked my car above ground in the dead of winter, and despite asking about where to park was not told until after checkout that we could use the Midtown Plaza's underground parkade included in the fee. They are in the process of renovating, so hopefully the newer rooms are in much better shape.

When we saw staff they were wonderful but more often than not they were hard to find. Especially in the restaurant.
