Hilton Vancouver Downtown

The entrance to the hotel is off the street through a short alley. We didn't expect this and wondered if we were at the correct place. We also had to provide more than the street address to friends who were picking us up. Lobby and rooms are on floors above and they look more like you would expect. This is a narrow building unless there are elevators we missed. Room was nice. Restaurant/bar was nice. But it is not a 5 star.

The bed in the room was not comfortable, seems like it’s worn out, the temp in the room cannot be controlled it was freezing in the room, I had to call the front desk and I was given a space heater, the pillow had a smell of someone else’s hair that’s unwashed, not a good smell, the only good part of my stay is that the location is accessible to everything you need in downtown, I walked everywhere for my appointments, friendly staff, the bath tub needs proper washing, the leaving room sofa needs to be changed, it looked really old, one of the table lamp was not working.

Amazing clean property! But my room my shower didn’t work! The front Desk staff was great to get someone up to the room to look at it but couldn’t fix it. They then upgraded us into another room! Amazing place!

Room and bathroom are so clean. Daniel at the front desk made my stay remarkable- offered a better room and sent me treats for my birthday. I will go back soon! Thank you.

We found a pair of used underwear in the bedsheets that were folded in the bedding. Nit impressed at all. They compensated with free parking but doesn’t make the situation better.

Room felt dated but not worn out. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It was a one bedroom unit which was nice to have the extra room. The windows were nice.

Centrally located in Downtown Vancouver. Everything is within walking distance.

Restaurant in hotel was okay. Room was great. Television options were terrible and tv not smart enough to hook up to devices.

Roomy, comfortable and central.

The pillows are ridiculously huge and extremely uncomfortable. We asked the service desk to check our room for some headphones give minutes after we left and they said the room was already cleaned and they weren't there. We called BS and they magically found them.

We stay in Hiltons all the time. This one has been my favorite so far. I really liked our room. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were perfect. There was a chair that I found very comfortable. I loved the bathroom. It was quite large with plenty of light and counter space. There was a makeup mirror mounted on the wall. The room itself also had plenty of space. There was a small alcove fitted with a bench and spot under the bench for shoes, etc. The only thing we had an issue with was the coffee maker. We got it to work but I think it was broken. We thought it was us, at first. Anyway, we got our coffee and it was just fine. We also ordered room service and I was so impressed. Everything was still warm and delicious. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and a muffin. there was a rather large bowl of fruit, as well. My husband had the eggs Benedict and said he could not believe how good it was. The only other issue is there are only 2 elevators for 31 floors and that was very congested. I would stay here, again. We walked to the hockey arena and walked to our restaurant. Both were very close, easy, enjoyable walks. Perfect location.

Great property. The staff was amazing and helped us in so many ways when we were stranded without our cars would recommend again.
